A year-long calendar celebrating the subtle flavors and beauty of Japan’s changing seasons. Like the seasonal words of haiku, Japanese cuisine has always placed the seasons at its heart. At Tensui, our menus are inspired by the traditional Japanese calendar — the 24 solar terms and 72 micro-seasons — reflecting the changing seasons and the gifts of nature.
