新鮮な素材は、その都度日本からお取り寄せし、お支度をさせていただいております。どうしても2日~4日ほど、準備にお時間がかかってしまいますので3日前までに、ご予約、お問い合わせをいただきたく存じます。

・Upon receiving your reservation, we will contact you to confirm your reservation by the day before.

  • ISHIYAKI KAISEKI Course (Hot Stone Steak Course Menu) This course contains the seasonal Kaiseki course served with “ISHIYAKI” grilled by the hot lava stone of Mt. Fuji.    ฿ 3,000 ~  ฿ 4,000.-

■すき焼き、しゃぶしゃぶ、せいろ蒸し、ステーキコース

■寿司会席コース

■鍋のコース

  • NABE Hot-Pot Main Course : This course contains many kinds of seasonal ingredients which are cooked with Japanese Hot-Pot such as “Puffer Globefish”, “Soft-shell Turtle”, “Angler hotpot”,”Conger pike hot-pot”, “Crab hot-pot”, “Oyster hot-pot”, “Wild duck hot-pot”, “Salmon hot-pot”, “Mixed-hot pot (chicken, seafood,vegetables etc.)” etc.
